DAMAK:  A man was found dead at Gauradaha Municipality-11 in Jhapa district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Madan Kumar Mishra, principal of the Pragati Higher Secondary School at Gwaldubba, Gauradaha Municipality-3 in the district.

According to Inspector Kamal Khatri of the Area Police Office, Gaurigunj, Mishra's body was found hanging with a rope with legs touching the floor near the house of Chandra Bahadur Dahal.

The body has been sent to the Primary Health Centre at Urlabari in Morang.
