Rupandehi: The Shrawani fair is to start from Friday at the Shree Parroha Parameshwor Bol Bam Dham, which is considered to be the place to have the first Shiva Jyotirlinga. The month-long fair begins on Guru Purnima day and ends on Janai Purnima. Acharya Kishor Kumar Gautam, manager of the Dham, said the first Shiva Jyotirlinga appeared here in the month of Shrawan. Dilli Raj Gyanwali, priest at the temple, said the Jyotirlinga here is different from that of other places as it changes its colour thrice a day and changes its shape as well. He also said snakes surround the sacred stone quite often. — HNS
