Sideline Madhesi leaders: Bijukchhe

KAVRE: Chairperson of Nepal Workers’ and Peasants’ Party Narayan Man Bijukchhe on Friday said the Madhes-based leaders were traitors and anti-nationalists. Speaking at a function in Kavre, Bijukchhe accused the Madhesi leaders of imposing blockade at border checkpoints in the name of agitation. “They are corrupt and anti-nationalist.” He said Madhesi leaders must be arrested on the charge of corruption and jailed. He added that Rajendra Mahato and Anil Jha were accused of financial irregularities when they were the health and industry ministers respectively. He claimed that the leaders were demonstrating to fulfill their personal interests. “Hence, it is high time for all the people and leaders to unite and sideline them,” he said.
