Students laud Supreme Court verdict

POKHARA: The eight student unions took out a protest rally in Pokhara on Tuesday morning welcoming the Supreme Court’s decision to scrap the Royal Commission for Corruption Control (RCCC). The rally started at the Prithvi Narayan Campus and converged into a corner meeting at Taxi Chowk. Speaking at the corner meet, student leaders hailed the SC verdict.

The students leaders said they were delighted by the release of former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and former minister Prakash Man Singh.
