Acting president of Nepali Congress, Suhsil Koirala urged the Tarai armed agitating groups to come in dialogue.

He said that the present democratic government would provide them full security.

Addressing a mass meeting organised by Nepali Congress Sarlahi Chapter at headquarter Malangwa, he said: “The present loktantrik government is fully responsible for solving the problems in a democratic way. Raising weapons against the normal people and the government is condemnable act.”

Stating that the demands of Madhesi people of establishing federal democratic state has already mentioned in the interim constitution, he said the state would address all the demands except the ones which fragment the nation.
