KATHMANDU: External Affairs Minister of India Sushma Swaraj today extended a congratulatory message to Sher Bahadur Deuba on his election as  President of Nepali Congress Party, the Embassy of India in Kathmandu said. In a letter addressing Deuba, Swaraj, on behalf of the Government of India and herself, also wished the newly elected president of NC success in leading the largest democratic party of Nepal.  Indian Embassy spokesperson Ruby Jaspreet Sharma said she was unaware  about the details of the letter.
