KATHMANDU: Suspended Superintendent of Police Dilli Raj Bista has surrendered himself at Kanchanpur District Court in connection to the Nirmala Panta rape and murder case.

According to THT's district reporter, SP Bista presented himself in the court during office hours today.

Presently, the court is in session to discuss the next step in dealing with his case.

It has been reported that after the session, it will be decided whether to send him to prison or to release him on a general date.
