SWC padlocks KU

DHULIKHEL: The Students Welfare Council (SWC) of Kathmandu University (KU) on Thursday padlocked all the departments and administrations when the university failed to meet their demands.

The SWC have been pressurising the university to fulfill their 8-point demands as soon as possible. The demands include re-examination for students failing to appear in the end semester exam for valid reasons and re-election in the SWC vacant posts.

The SWC had padlocked the office of Registrar Prof. Bhandra Man Tuladhar on Tuesday.
