KATHMANDU: A man, who allegedly attempted to rape a nine-year-old girl at Bhanumati Ganeshpur in Bhimad Municipality of Tanahun district has been arrested on Saturday, police said.

The suspect is 61-year-old Than Bahadur Malla of the same locality.

Meanwhile, police said further investigation is underway.
