Dang, September 4:

The Dang District Police Office (DPO) has formed a special task force to control rising criminal activities in the district.

The task force consisting of 75 security personnel under the command of DSP Baliram Yadav was deployed yesterday, the Dang DPO said, adding that the task force would identify the persons involved in criminal activities and bring them to the book.

“The number of security personnel in the task force could be increased as per the need,” chief at Rapti Zonal Police Office Bhakti Nath Majhi said.
