Kathmandu: The planned meeting of the six-member taskforce of the three major parties - UCPN-Maoist, Nepali Congress and CPN-UML - was put off till Thursday after the Maoist side expressed inability to attend the afternoon meeting. The taskforce, however, held its meeting in the morning without any breakthrough. The morning meeting dwelt on joint Sankalpa Prastav to be discussed in the Parliament.
