PALPA: A teenager was found dead on the bank near the confluence of Sakhardi River and Kali Gandaki River in Bakamalang VDC-6 of Palpa district on Wednesday morning.

A group of passers-by had spotted the body of the girl, aged around 16 years, lying along the river bank. However, the identity of the girl is yet to be ascertained.

Locals had contacted police as soon as they had recovered the body.
