BARA: The region has witnessed a sudden change in weather during the past week and the temperature has fallen by as much as three degree Celsius. The thick fog in the morning has also increased the chill. Last Sunday, the maximum and minimum temperatures here were 26 and 13 degree Celsius respectively. The maximum temperature last week was 27 degree Celsius, said the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Simara, Field Office. On Thursday, the minimum temperature here was 14 degree Celsius. On Sunday, the maximum temperature was 24 degree Celsius and minimum 11 degree Celsius, deputy climate science assistant Keshav Raj Kharel of the department, said.
