TERHATHUM: A woman succumbed to injuries when  her shawl became caught in a grinding mill in Laliguransh Municipality-3 of Terhathum district on Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Narmaya Poudel (55), who had gone to the mill in the wee hours of the day.

Critically injured in the incident, Poudel breathed her last on the way to hospital, said Inspector Basudev Yadav at the District Police Office.

The mill is owned by one Krishna Bahadur Limbu.

Police have launched further investigation into the incident.
