KATHMANDU: As many as three persons were injured in a truck-motorcycle collision in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-3 of Chitwan district on Tuesday night.

According to police, the incident occurred when the truck (Na 5 Kha 8411) en route from Kathmandu to Narayangadh collided head-on with the motorcycle (Ba 75 Pa 3732) at Phisling at 7:45 pm yesterday, injuring the trio riding the two-wheeler.

The injured were rushed to a Kathmandu-based health facility for treatment, informed police.

According to Chitwan police, one of the injured is in critical condition.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
