PARASI: Three more Ayurveda hospitals have been established in Nawalparasi district, one each in Palhi, Manari and Guthiprasauni. With the new hospitals, the total number of Ayurveda hospitals in the district reached nine.

Chief of District Ayurveda Office, Gokul Parajuli, said that the hospitals were established aiming to provide Ayurvedic treatment to the locals.

Altogether 26 health workers including a doctor are working in Ayurveda hospitals in Nawalparasi.

Likewise, Chief of District Public Health Office, Jaya Bahadur Karki, said the Ayurvedic treatment system was good for public as there was no side effect of this treatment in human health.
