RAMECHHAP: The Himalayan Times reporter Himal Dhungel of Ramechhap district was felicitated at a programme organised on the occasion of the second Annual General Assembly of Nepal Press Union in Manthali of Ramechhap on Saturday. Nepali Congress former central member and former state minister for water resources Laxman Prasad Ghimire honored the journalist.  Dhungel is also the secretary of Press Union Bagmati Zone and the former president of Federation of Nepalese Journalist Ramechhap Chapter.  Similarly, FNJ former chairman Tika Prasad Bhatta of the district was also facilitated at the programme.
