MORANG: A man died after a tractor hit a scooter he was riding on in Biratnagar of Morang district on Friday night.

The deceased has been identified as police Head Constable Rewatiraman Bhandari of Biratnagar-6 and currently working at the Area Police Office, Rani.

Bhandari, who was seriously injured after the tractor hit the scooter (Ko 7 Pa 7453) near Shanimandir Chowk at Biratnagar-7, died while receiving treatment at the Biratnagar-based Neuro Hospital at around 1:00 am today, according to the District Police Office, Morang.
