LAHAN: A truck hit killed two persons in Dhangadhi of Siraha district.

Kari Das (32) and Ram Swagat Das (30), from Bidyanagar-3 of Siraha district, were riding on a motorbike (Sa 2 Pa 7174) when an unidentified truck hit the two-wheeler on Thursday night.

Both had sustained serious injuries in the incident and they succumbed to the wounds while undergoing treatment at the Lahan-based Ram Prasad-Uma Memorial Hospital on Friday morning, according to DSP Uma Prasad Chaturvedi of Lahan Area Police Office.
