The damaged Phurbe and Chhule drinking water projects in Chhekampar have got repaired by local organisation Swara Saghan Village Development Center with financial aid from the Department for International Development of UK government.
The total cost of the projects is over Rs 1.2 million including labour donation that makes up approximately 14 per cent of the total cost.
On the other hand, the local people said the project price has got higher due to difficulties to ferry construction materials for want of good conditioned roads.
Approximately, 260 people of 53 households have been benefited by the projects.
