SAPTARI: Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in Saptari district on Tuesday.

Badri Sada  (30) of Malekpur-8 was killed when a Malekpur-bound tractor (Sa 1 Ta 2865) skidded off the road and overturned at Malekpur.

The driver Bholaram was seriously injured in the accident and is currently receiving treatment at Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, police said.

Likewise, Jamuna Kumari Nuniyar (9) of Maleth-1 died when a motorcycle hit her along Rajbiraj-Rupani road section.
