CHITWAN: Two students on Tuesday morning were injured in a clash that occurred at a hostel run by Agriculture and Forestry University in Rampur.

The clash ensued between the students' groups aligned to All Nepal National Independent Students Union- Revolutionary and All Nepal Free Students' Union  in the hostel mess, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan.

ANNFSU's Chiranjibi Pant and another whose identity is yet to be ascertained have been hospitalised in Bharatpur for treatment.

A dispute over a minor issue resulted in the incident, it is said.

However, police reached the site and took the situation under control.
