MAHOTTARI: United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) cadres have destroyed different goods being imported from India at Matihani border-point of Mahottari today.

Different goods including food items and petroleum products worth tens of thousands rupees were destroyed by the protesting cadres.

It is noted that the Tarai belt is witnessing general strike for last 72 days and undeclared border blockade for last 31 days.

Supplies to Nepal, consequently, have been badly affected.
