UML urges locals to boycott elections

Baglung, January 16:

The Communist Party of Nepal-United Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML), Baglung, has urged civilians to socially boycott those who participate in the municipal polls announced

by the government.

Urging the civilians at a gathering of party cadres at Mulpani of the district, today, Ramji Prasad Sharma, alternative central member of the CPN-UML said: “The poll is just a ploy to kill more civilians in the nation. We should socially boycott the people who take part in the coming municipal polls.”

The programme, chaired by Ram Bahadur Hamal, municipal in-charge of the party was addressed by different speakers including, Nar Bahadur Thapa, region in-charge of CPN-UML, Prajjawal Sharma, district member and Ram Bahadur GC, municipal vice-secretary of the party.
