POKHARA: A minor has succumbed to her injuries after being knocked down by a van in Bhumre chok of Waling Municipality-9 in Syangja District, on Monday.

According to Western Regional Police Office Pokhara 12-year-old Amisha Thapa including other four were injured after the van (Ga 1 Kha 3579) rammed onto a house while reversing the vehicle this morning.

Thapa succumbed to her injuries on the way to Pokhara for treatment, according to police.

The other injured have been receiving treatment at the Lake City-based Western Regional Hospital.

Meanwhile, the vehicle has been impounded and its driver rounded up for further investigation, police said.
