KATHMANDU: The visiting Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam on Friday called on the President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the latter's office in Sheetal Niwas, in Kathmandu.

Issuing a press release today, the president office said a delegation led by the CJ Nguyen Hoa Binh met the president.

On the occasion they held discussions on the existing relations and strengthening the bilateral relations between the two nations, it said in the statement.

The president office's spokesperson Kul Prasad Chudal said on the occasion Nepal's non residential ambassador Vietnam and other high ranking officials were present.
