SAPTARI: More than four dozen employees working in various offices of Saptari district have taken voluntary retirement this year. Works of the people are affected as they took retirement when employees are seeking to leave the district because of conflict fanned by various armed groups in the Tarai. Altogether 46 employees of various offices took the retirement. Problems have been arising as they took retirement even if outside employees do not want to come to Saptari because of the conflict. The office chiefs have demanded with the government for appointment of employees in the vacant posts.
