BIRATNAGAR: Chairman of CPN UML Jhala Nath Khanal Monday described the Vice President's decision to not take a fresh oath in Nepali as ‘unfortunate’.

Speaking with media persons in Biratnagar, Khanal made it clear that the VP’s recent move would not have an effect on the present government. The VP is the one who would be facing the consequences of his blunder and not the government, added Khanal.
