MYAGDI: Six persons were injured in a clash that took place in a marriage ceremony in Rum VDC-8 on Tuesday. Local Devendra Pun and Mekh Bahadur Gharti had hacked others over a minor dispute in the wedding of Om Bahadur BK. The injured are, Tam Bahadur Patel, Maksira Gharti, Dhan Bahadur Gharti, Om Bahadur BK, Kush Bahadur BK and Dhan Bahadur BK. Area Police Office Darwang stated that critically injured Tam Bahadur and Maksira have been sent to the District Hospital. Police Inspector Siyan Tripathi said that the tipsy youths had vandalised musical instruments and solar panel of the house. “The culprits have absconded, however, we are making further investigations,” added Tripathi.
