TANAHUN: A woman pillion rider lost her life after the motorcycle she was on lost balance and skidded off the road at Myagde Rural Municipality in Tanahun.

The deceased has been identified as 20-year-old Warnis Magar. She died in the course of treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital, police informed.

According to police, officers have detained the motorcyclist Madan Adhikari of Farak Chaur in Byas Municipality and initiated an investigation.
