CHITWAN: Two women were robbed after they consumed a soft drink laced with sedatives on Wednesday at Bakulahar Chowk, Tadi in Chitwan. Suk Maya Thapa Magar and Hira Maya Gurung who are presently being treated in Medical College in Chitwan were robbed by two unidentified people after they lost consciousness. The thieves stole Rs 7000 and around five tolas of gold ornaments. Sukh Maya Thapa informed the police that they were looted when two persons asked them to guide them to the bank before they were offered soft drinks.
