The YCL cadres on Monday allegedly tried to disrupt a function attended by NC leader Govindaraj Joshi at Manechauka of Rupakot VDC in Tanahun district.

Maoist district leader Atendra, however, claimed that those trying to disrupt the programme were not YCL cadres. He claimed that the YCL cadres were participating in a training in Pokhara. — HNS
