CHITWAN: A youth who had been missing for the past one week was found dead on the banks of Trishuli River at Thimura Kerabari in Chitwan.

The deceased has been identified as Bibek Baniya, 24, of Bharatpur Sub-metropolis, said police.

Baniya had gone missing in a rafting accident at Kabilash VDC-based Trishuli River.

After the accident, as many as 13 others who were in Baniya’s team had saved their lives by swimming ashore.
