ILAM: Police on Tuesday arrested a youth on charge of  raping a 26-year-old woman in Ilam district.

The suspect has been identified as Ram Kumar Rai (31) of Danabari VDC-9 in the district.

Police Inspector Padam Thapaliya said that further investigation into the incident is underway.
