KATHMANDU: A person died when a tipper he was travelling on fell off the road in Baratum, Thada-3 of Argakhanchi district on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Bishal Tharu (20) of Kapilvastu. He had breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Lumbini Zonal Hospital in Butwal.

The tipper (Ba 3 Kha 7075) was heading towards Kapilvastu from Supa Deurali of Arghakhanchi when it lost the control and fell some 50 metres down the road.

Meanwhile, seven persons sustained injuries in the incident. All the injured have taken to the Butwal-based facility for treatment.
