NAWALPARASI: A youth was killed after an unidentified group opened fire at him in Sainamaina Municipality, Rupandehi on Tuesday night. According to Rupandehi Area Police Office, two youths shot Butwal Khagishwor Kafle, 34, of the municipality at his house, at around 8:00pm on Tuesday. Police are yet to identify the shooters. Police said Kafle was shot once in the chest and he died

during treatment in Lumbani Zonal Hospital, Butwal. The family of the deceased said two youths had taken Kafle out of his house and shot him to death. The reason behind the incident has yet to be ascertained and investigation into the case was under way, said police.
