KATHMANDU: Constituent Assembly's Committee for Preserving of National Interest has prepared a preliminary draft report of the new constitution along with its concept paper. Speaking at a press meet, committee chairman Amik Serchan said the report has been submitted in the CA after some changes. There is a provision for getting two-third majority on big projects affecting the nation seriously and simple majority for the agreement on trade and transportation treaty from the parliament, he informed. The six-day discussion on the draft submitted by the Committee has already ended in the CA.
