Actor Daniel Baldwin has been arrested for cocaine possession at a Southern California motel.

The 45-year-old star — a member of the famous Baldwin family — was arrested on April 22, after police received a complaint about loud noise coming from a room at a motel in Santa Monica, California.

Police responded to the call and found Baldwin with a drug pipe in his hands and another man, Winston Anthony Hunter, hiding in the bathroom.

According to Lieutenant Frank Fabrega of the Santa Monica Police department, there was also a "small amount of cocaine" in the $75-a-night room.

When questioned by police, both men admitted to being high on illegal drugs and were arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and being under the influence of narcotics.

Baldwin spent the night in the Santa Monica Police Department jail and was released on Sunday, when he posted $10,000 bail.

Baldwin is the second-oldest member of the Baldwin family, which also includes brothers Alec, Stephen and Billy.
