Sheâ€™s perhaps the only actress who has run the full length of 21-km marathon more than once. Deemed among the fittest babes of B-Town, Gul says the secret behind her good health â€“ and, not to forget, shape â€“ is a disciplined lifestyle and regular workout.
Catching up on full sleep and waking fresh in the morning is the first step, according to Gul.
â€œI do go out occasionally in the evenings but avoid late nights so that I can be fresh in the morning. Moreover, I have a set time for waking up in the morning and then ensuring that I keep some time aside for my walks,â€ Gul is quoted by IANS.
While Gul meets all her professional commitments, she also makes sure to take out time for her workouts everyday in the morning.
â€œCome what may, but on shoot days I have to have to work out in the morning. No matter what is the call time, whether it is 9 a.m. or later, I completely avoid reporting on sets without having followed my regimen. But of course, I ensure that my reporting timelines are met,â€ Gul is quoted as saying.
Gul thinks fitness of one of the significant, but underrated, things in showbiz where actors have to look good and shapely.
â€œIt is crucial to have the energy to give your best all day long,â€ Gul is quoted.
The actress is presently working in Ram Gopal Varmaâ€™s film Rann and has about half dozen other small-budget films in her kitty.
