Tinsel tattle has it that Koena Mitra is set to play a superwoman in an international project.

The movie, tentatively titled ‘Karna’, will be a very big budget project to be made in collaboration with Pritish Nandy Communications.

The film will have lots of gravity defying action that will be shot with the use of cable suspension technique. There will also be a lot of special effects that will be done by experts in the field.

Koena has reportedly been training in Ju Jitsu and Tai Chi for her role in the film. Reports say she plays a rural woman with superpowers.

The film, in English language, will be directed by an American director and co-produced by a Los Angeles-based production house.

Koena is learnt to have shot a teaser for the film. The teaser features an action sequence.

The movie will be shot in Hong Kong and China. It is likely to hit the theatres in August next year.
