KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress and other parties in the opposition today obstructed the regular business of the parliament saying that they would continue to do so unless the government assured them of not taking further action against army chief Rookmangad Katawal. The opposition parties shouted slogans against the government's decision to seek clarification from the army chief. The Maoist CA members also raised slogans demanding that the House be allowed to conduct its business.
Chairman of the constitutent assembly Subash Nembang informed that the legislature-parliament session would take place on Wednesday at 3:00 pm
