KATHMANDU: Two known Nepali singers — Raju Lama of Mongolian Heart and Naren Limbu of Aa-stha — released their new albums on Aug-ust 31 at the Jeans Café, which was cro-wded with most of the talked about music-ians of Nepali music industry who had tur-ned up for the event.
Released by Reeyaz Music, Raju’s Mongolian Heart Volume 5 and Naren’s Aash reflect their new endeavour with more pop tunes in their songs. Both hoped for a better response from their fans.
“I have tried something different and the songs certainly have more of a pop element,” said Lama.
In his album there are 11 numbers mostly based on the theme of love. During the event, Lama along with his Mongolian Heart Band played few of his new numbers.
Naren too shared his expectations, “I have given my heart and soul to this new album. Hope people take my endeavour seriously.”
All the songs are composed and written by the singers themselves.
