CREDOS : A state of oneness
Complete Yoga (‘Poorna Yoga’ in Nepali) means total liberation of the mortal individuality from all its physical, mental and intellectual entanglements. It is in fact a spiritual self-rediscovery.
Poorna Yoga is attainable in this very life by those who have a burning desire for salvation and those who have attained freedom from Vasanas and pleasures of the world and purged the impurities of their minds.
In reality, a Complete Yogi is an ultimate reality himself. There is neither a seeker nor any burning desire for liberation. The realised one knows that he himself is the “Supreme Truth” for whom there is never any birth or death.
“God” as we may call “self” is Complete. God may also be known as consciousness. This consciousness is absolute and infinite. We cannot define it in terms of its existence or non-existence.
Our intellect is required to be contemplative in order to be able to apprehend reality. Calmer the mind, greater is the contemplativeness of the intellect.
For the mind to become calmer, Sattvaguna is required to be predominant when the agitation becomes less and Rajoguna and Tamoguna are reduced with the help of Yoga.
A Complete Yogi is indestructible and has no birth. This is a non-dual condition and a pure unbroken existence alone.
This is a state of non-attachment with the body. This is a state of Oneness with no distinctions of time and space.
