KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 10
Former Prime Ministers, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal were joined by thousands of demonstrators on Wednesday in the capital at the mass gathering against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's abrupt move to dissolve the parliament.
The decision of the Prime Minister has drawn him much flak both to protest against which the dissenting cadres of the Dahal-Nepal led NCP faction have been organising protests across the country.
Today's demonstration of splinter group as part of the third phase of the protest began simultaneously at major intersections including Tripureshwor, Pulchowk, Kaiser Mahal, Maitighar Mandala and Jamal and eventually merged at Bhrikutimandap.
