KATHMANDU, MAY 07

In a bid to curb the spread of second wave of coronavirus infection in Kathmandu, the government imposed prohibitory order on April 29.

As the COVID cases has been toppling record on every passing day, local administration has been doing it's best to restrict on the movement except for emergency vehicles and essential item carriers since the lockdown in the valley.

The nation as a whole is grappled with the pandemic and struggling to cope with the flow of patients at hospitals across the nation. Now a majority of hospitals are facing the acute shortage of oxygen required for the patients if their health deteriorates further..

Meanwhile, Nepal has reported a total of 377,603 covid cases and 3,579 deaths so far.
