Air Tusker of England won the 27th International Elephant Polo Tournament, organised by World Elephant Pole Association, here today.

Air Tusker beat defending champions Chivas Regal of Scotland 6-1. Air Tusker took a 5-1 lead after the first 15 minutes. They added one more goal in the second half to lift the trophy in their first appearance. Nepal’s Chitwan National Park finished third. In all, eight teams — Air Tusker, Indian Tigers, Pukka Chukkas, British Gurkhas, Chivas Regal, New York Blue, Tiger Tops Tusker and Chitwan National Park — had taken part in the annual tournament.
