Arsenal is reportedly set to sign forward Franck Ribery from Marseille. Ribery’s agent Bruno Heiderscheid told British daily The Guardian that “a transfer offer for Franck would be registered with Marseille chairman Pape Diouf within 24 or 48 hours.”

The north London club is expected to make a $25.7 million offer, the paper said on Tuesday.

Talks about Ribery come as Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said he was “certain” to sign one more player before the start of the season.
