KATHMANDU: The Nepal Automobile Sports Association (NASA) are organising the first Sincere Citizens Motor Rally on December 12, the organisers said at a press meet on Friday. The rally, which will start from Dasharath Stadium will travel 60 kilometers en route to Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur before ending at Club Himalaya in Nagarkot. The organisers have expected participation of more than 50 motors. The top three finishers in the rally will receive Rs 27,000, Rs 9,000 and Rs 3,000 respectively. The awards will also be given to the best driver, veteran driver and women driver, said the organisers. The winners will be decided according to the time, distance and speed the participants travel with. NASA said the 33 per cent of amount raised from participants' registration will be used in Kathmandu valley's road security.
