Blind cricket tourney

KATHMANDU: Cricket Association of Blind Nepal is organising the men’s National Cricket Tournament at Pulchowk Engineering College grounds from Tuesday.

The three-day tournament will also serve as the selection for the second T20 World Cup Cricket Tournament for Blind slated to be held at different nine venues in India from January 20 to February 12.

A total of 14 players will be picked up after event. Three teams will take part in the event which is supported by Australian Embassy. Sunil Thapa will lead Team Annapurna, Kritan Shrestha Duwal is the skipper of Team Manaslu and Lok Bahadur Thapa is captain of the Team Dhaulagiri.
