KATHMANDU: Lalitpur District Boxing Association felicitated the 12th South Asian Games bronze medal winning boxers here on Saturday. Boxers Deepak Shrestha, Minu Gurung and Saraswoti Rana were honoured with Rs 15,000 each along with felicitation letters. Minister for Youth and Sports Satya Narayan Mandal, member secretary of National Sports Council Keshab Kumar Bista, president of Nepal Olympic Committee Jeevan Ram Shrestha, general secretary Lama Tendi Sherpa and president of Lalitpur District Boxing Association Ram Awale feted the medallists. The eighth South Asian Federation Games gold medallists Prakash Thapa Magar and Ram Chandra Thapa Magar were also felicitated on the occasion. They received Rs 5,000 each.
